After walking around the French capital more specifically around the 10e arrondissement, we decided to go touristic. Starting with Tour Eiffel!

unusual places: part I

Going on holidays we're mainly searching for hotels, hostels, appartements, bungalows, b&b ... but how about an igloo? a pipe? a church? or maybe spending a night in prison? 

fancy a night in an igloo?'cause I'm pretty sure I do. Finland offers you this extraordinary experience. While lying in bed, you can watch the sky. I guess this one of the 'wow' things in life.

Semmering. The perfect winter getaway for a weekend or just a day. I always enjoyed being there but I was never aware of its beautiness until recently when I took this snapshot. (Yes, I do have a habit of having my phone 24/7 around me.)

Seven Sisters

The Seven Sisters are a group of chalk cliffs located in Sussex. Obviously, there are seven hills but there is an eighth one which was created by the erosion of the sea. What's even more interesting is the fact that each of those cliff peaks and dips has a name! 

Zauchensee-highlife in the mountains

February- for many students this means either sleepless nights due to exams or one month away from uni. I belong to the second group. After some discussions about if we go, we argued about where and when to go .... finally, we came up with an idea and headed off to Salzburg and ended in a mix of Radstadt/Altenmarkt-Zauchensee (ski amadé). I took those pics while snowboarding. 

skinny love

Skinny Love. When two people love each other but are too shy to admit it but they still show it. (definition from here)I knew the meaning of skinny love but I've never heard 'bout this one until recently. 

Love. Love is blind. Love hurts. Everyone's trying to find his/ her other half. People desperately searching for it. Everyone wants to be loved. Everyone wants to be in love. 

But why is it so hard for some people to admit it? I'm sure in a couple of years from now, they'll be asking themselves what if. I guess then it'll be too late. If two people are not taken ... why not give it a try? After all, Rome wasn't built in a day.

the place where I've spent most of my Christmas days and celebrated New Year's. I totally admire Krynica for everything it has to offer, from the location to the food! Despite the fact that it is a well-known destination, the town has not lost its uniqueness. Yet. I hope Krynica won't become the next Zakopane, which is completely overrated if you ask me. Too many people with a tendency to show off at one place- definitely, not my cup of tea!
