Pittenweem is a small fisher village located on the east coast of Scotland. It has approximately 1800 inhabitants and is home to many artists which leads us to the Pittenweem Arts Festival- our main reason for arriving in this pittoresque village and the harbour. (I guess you already know how much I love harbours).
In my opinion, the Pittenweem Arts Festival is quite unique because you're actually entering peoples' houses (also galleries, studios,...) in order to see their paintings, pottery, performances,... everything related to art. For kids and parents.
Definitely worth visiting!
