St. Michaelis or simple der Michel (both German versions)is the biggest church in Hamburg. From the spire you get a breathtaking view over the city and the harbour. You can either use the lift or do it my way and take the stairs. Don't underestimate around 450 stairs ... it's quite exhausting nevertheless the view is worth every step.
Even the subway in HH offers you an incredible view.
There's going to be a 3rd part of Hamburg, I just don't seem to find the time for making a post lately.
